When Your Neighbor Gets Too Comfortable SB Ad

The Challenge

With only :15 seconds of airtime during the Super Bowl 2026 broadcast, Ace & Sons Fence Company needed a commercial that could stand out in a crowded advertising moment without losing clarity or crossing the line. The challenge was to communicate the value of privacy and quality fencing in a way that felt relatable, memorable, and appropriate for a broad local audience. Every second had to count, relying on visual storytelling to quickly connect with viewers and leave a lasting impression.

The Campaign

With a tight timeline and record snowfall hitting just days before production, we moved quickly and leaned into the conditions rather than fighting them. The campaign was built around a simple, visual contrast: one neighbor braving the cold to walk her dog in an open, fenceless yard, while another steps outside comfortably, coffee in hand, and taking care of his business (a little too comfortable).

Shot naturally and without dialogue, the spot used humor, timing, and real winter conditions to tell the story instantly. By embracing the snow and working fast, we created a commercial that felt authentic, relatable, and memorable—turning an unexpected challenge into a key part of the creative.
