Branding + Spotlights + Web Development

The Challenge

Certus Medical Group needed to capture a wide range of content in a short timeframe—including a branding video, employee spotlights, and a new website. With just two days of filming, the challenge was to efficiently produce high-quality content that could serve multiple purposes. In total, we conducted nine interviews over 16 hours, all with the goal of creating a cohesive suite of content and a digital home to house it.

The Campaign

We took a culture-first approach, focusing on what makes the team at Certus Medical Group unique. Through a series of employee spotlights and a central branding video, we highlighted the people behind the organization and the environment they’ve built—creating content that not only tells their story but also supports ongoing recruitment efforts.

In parallel, we are developing a fully custom website designed to house this content and reflect their identity. The result is a cohesive, multi-use content suite that brings their culture to life across both video and web.
