Hometown Ventures Group needed support marketing their new subdivision in Poseyville. Rather than focusing solely on the properties themselves, their goal was to tell a deeper story—one centered around community. They wanted to highlight what makes Poseyville special and create a sense of connection, so potential buyers weren’t just choosing a home, but choosing a place to belong.
The Campaign
To bring this vision to life, we created the Choose Poseyville series—a storytelling-driven campaign designed to showcase the heart of the community through the people who call it home. Each video spotlights a different family, giving them the opportunity to share their personal connection to Poseyville and why they chose to build their lives there.
We launched the series with three families, each offering a unique perspective: one who left Poseyville and ultimately returned, one who discovered the town and chose to settle there, and one with deep generational roots in the community. Together, these stories paint a well-rounded picture of life in Poseyville, helping potential buyers see beyond the subdivision and envision a true sense of belonging.
