The Challenge

Brown Equipment Company needed a compelling way to showcase its company culture, values, and work environment to both potential employees and external stakeholders. They wanted a video that authentically captured what makes BEC unique—their core values, the pride their team takes in their work, and the strong sense of purpose that drives them. The goal was to create a culture video that would not only reinforce their brand internally but also serve as a powerful recruitment tool to attract top talent.

The Campaign

To bring BEC’s culture to life, we developed a company culture video that blended authentic employee soundbites, dynamic b-roll footage, and professional editing to tell their story. We filmed at both the Evansville and Indianapolis service centers, capturing interviews with leadership and frontline team members to ensure a well-rounded perspective.

We gathered footage of team members servicing equipment, collaborating in office spaces, and engaging in daily operations. Beyond the primary culture video, we also repurposed footage to create four additional recruitment videos, further maximizing the impact of the content. This strategic approach allowed BEC to use targeted messaging for different recruitment needs while maintaining a cohesive brand story.
