They needed a campaign that highlighted these advantages in a way that would resonate with their audience.

The Campaign

With full creative control, Captivated Content developed a commercial campaign that showcased Reinbrecht’s seamless home-buying experience. The campaign centered around a mix of branding and educational content, designed to make semi-custom home buying feel accessible and straightforward.

We created a :30 commercial that served as the cornerstone of the campaign, featuring four different homebuyers whose journeys were simplified through Reinbrecht’s showroom and streamlined process. This spot tied together the key advantages of working with Reinbrecht—ease of selection, variety of floor plans, and a stress-free buying experience.

Additionally, we produced four 15-second commercials, each focusing on a specific selling point, such as the modern showroom, curated floor plan options, and the balance of choice without overwhelm. These concise, targeted ads reinforced Reinbrecht’s value while providing bite-sized information for potential buyers.
